AVIAN, Inc. (“AVIAN”), a Department of Defense professional services company, announced the acquisition of Level Up LLC (“Level Up”), a leading provider of mission IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and operations and intelligence services to the U.S. intelligence community.
Founded in 2010, Level Up leverages advanced data analytics to architect and transform mission-enabling technology systems. Incorporating data aggregation, intelligence analysis and predictive analytics into system implementation and architecture, Level Up directly enables key missions in the domains of target recognition, operations support and field support.
AVIAN provides engineering design and systems engineering; test and evaluation of manned and unmanned aerial, surface, and subsurface systems; program, financial, and logistics management; workforce development and training; and communication strategy and graphic design solutions to 80 government and commercial clients in 13 states. With this acquisition, AVIAN expands its data engineering, advanced analytics and software development capabilities and diversifies its customer portfolio. Level Up will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIAN branded as Level Up, powered by AVIAN. AVIAN is committed to supporting Level Up’s existing customers world-wide.
