David Marrin is a Director at G Squared Capital Partners and advises aerospace, defense, and government services companies on strategic alternatives including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, and management buyouts. Prior to joining G Squared, Mr. Marrin was a Vice President at The McLean Group, where he advised aerospace, defense and government services clients on a range of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Marrin supported Phacil’s sale to By Light Professional IT Services (a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital) and Organizational Strategies’ sale to Applied Insight (a portfolio company of the Acacia Group), among others.

Mr. Marrin was previously a Manager in the Transaction Services group of MorganFranklin Consulting and a Senior Analyst at MAXIMUS, Inc. Mr. Marrin holds a B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
